I am Farai, the Manager of Fairfield Care.  I am currently going through the registration process with CQC. 

 As a CQC Registered Manager for a domiciliary service, my role is to ensure that high-quality care is consistently delivered to people in their homes. I oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing staff, and maintaining accurate care records.

 It's my job to ensure that we meet all CQC standards, from safeguarding service users to supporting staff training. I also engage with families and healthcare professionals to provide personalised, compassionate care, all while keeping the service running smoothly and responding to any challenges that arise.
