Hi my name is Kay, I recently started at Fairfield Residential as the new registered manager for Springfield house, residential property for Adults with Autism.

I am an experienced manager and have worked in care setting for around 28 years, I really enjoy working with people that need care and support and find the role is rewarding. I am passionate about my work and have a great enthusiasm to share my knowledge and experiences with staff and service users.

I really enjoy my job; Fairfield  have been very welcoming to me as a new starter I enjoy the family welcome approach to staff and people that use the service.

My husband and I have just recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. I love spending time with my family which seems to be growing by the year I have a close group of friends that we socialise with and go on holidays abroad we especially like it when is hot and sunny.  Hobbies – walking my dog Dash , going for short breaks in the lake district or Yorkshire , singing .
