I am Kath, the Deputy Manager of Fairfield Care. 

As the Deputy Manager for Fairfield Care, I support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently met. I  help manage and supervise staff, assist with rota scheduling, and ensure that care plans are followed effectively.

Part of my role involves supporting staff development through training and mentoring, as well as stepping in to handle any immediate concerns from service users or families. I also ensure that we comply with regulations and maintain CQC standards, all while working closely with the team to deliver personalised care.
